Description
This is a fully functional IMSAI 8080 that I took possession of about 1998. It was originally owned and use by a electronic  parts/components  in South West New Jersey. From what I know it was in use by the store from about  1978,  1979 time period  until about the  early 1990's   The only modification/addition I have done to the system since obtaining it was to:Replacing bad RAM chips on some of the SOLID STATE MUSIC 8K memory cards. There are seven of these memory cards in the system.Add the GodBout ECONORAM II card to bring the memory up to a 60K  Before placing this system on e-bay, I fully tested everything. Everything seem to be fully functional including and amazingly the two 8 inch Single Sided Single Density disc drives. I used the 'diskcheck' utility on all the floppies you see in the photos and again amazingly they all checked out OK.  The system boots CP/M 2.2 although there is no original CP/M 2.2 master disc there seems to be several copies of the CP/M 2.2 master. The other floppies are a mix of public domain software and development utilities. Some of the software contains the original owners store data and sales listings.  The documentation includes:The IMSAI 8080 manualOEM Floppy Disk Drive FDD 100-8 manual. This for those of you who would feel comfortable in repairing the mechanical and the electronic of the drive should one of them fails. The Tarbell Floppy Disk Interface manualZAP Monitor program + source code; this is the program that first starts when you first boot the IMSAI 8080. From that program you can boot from floppy and an number of other interesting things including MEMORY TESTINGDocumentation for all S-100 cards included with the systemZEROX copies of what seems to all CP/M 2.2 related documentation from prior ownersColorful IMSAI 8080 system sales documents from May 1976 Miscellaneous set of CP/M, IMSAI and system related documentation.Miscellaneous set of notes of prior owners...Buyer pays for all shipping and handling. NOTE:  I would prefer the buyer would personally pickup the system. Additionally in doing so they could test the system to their satisfaction . The reason is, I cannot guarantee the arrival of a fully functional system if I happen to ship it via FedEx, UPS etc. On that note all sales are final with the only guarantee being I have tested  the system at its current location as of  August  19, 2008 and  all  things with regards to the system seems fully functional. Once the system leaves it current location all guarantees are off.Personal Check:Only after personal check has cleared with my bank will the system be shipped.Personal Check/Money order / Cashier's check:The check must be in my possession with 5 days of winning bid else winner will forfeit  all their rights with regards to purchasing this system.Good luck
