You are bidding on a 12 agent Blue Streak outbound predictive dialer by Orion Communications that will come with a 12 month warranty, 3 months of technical support, training and installation support from the manufacturer. You will get a new server computer pre-loaded with Microsoft Windows XP Pro and the latest version of the Blue Streak predictive dialer, 12 agent headsets, 15 network cables, 12 used agent computers with Microsoft XP operating system, 12 used mice, 12 used keyboards, a new network switch and used telephone hardware to plug into a T1. You will need to provide a T1 (or 24 plain old analog telephone lines_and 13 computer screens (monitors). The computers will be shipped with a clean hard drive and you will need to load the operating systems yourself but all pc's come with the legitimate Windows COA affixed to the computer.
