We build with different thicknesses of high-quality laminated plywood (1/4", 3/8", and 1/2") depending on your needs with extra-rivetted aluminum extrusions (we meet all stringent ATA standards on our cases), recessed hardware, and high-density foam. Cases are shipped by themselves unless you specify you want it boxed. It's a transport case... it's made for being shipped.
