It come with a SCSI card, cable and twain drivers on CD. It does have a few minor pieces of chipped plastic and some scuffs and scratches from transport, but nothing that affect its use. The Bell & Howell 730DC Flat bed scanner W/ADF is a cost-effective colour solution for high-output, large-format scanning at document sizes of up to 11" x 17".
