This item can be used to dramatically increase your company's telecommunication abilities. Condition The Aspect ACD 700R has been professionally maintained, operated and deinstalled by a large corporation. The Aspect ACD 700R is used and has minor cosmetic wear and tear flaws. One of the cabinets is missing the front door and one of the other doors does not stay shut. Payment We accept PayPal, money order, check and wire transfer. Item will ship within 3 business days of cleared payment. Buyer must pay within 7 days after the auction ends. If payment is not received within 7 days, we will report an unpaid item dispute with eBay.Unfortunately, since Eagle Capital has offices located in CA and WA, sales made to both states will be charged the appropriate sales tax. Warranty All items in this auction are covered by a 30 day warranty that guarantees the items will be in the condition stated in the auction. To be eligible for a refund/return you must meet the following qualifications: The customer must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We must receive the item within 10 days of reporting the problem. All items included must be returned. The customer must include the original invoice and a description of the problem with a contact name and phone number. The item must be returned in the condition that the customer received it. The item was not disassembled or modified in any way. The make, model and serial number must match the exact records from the original shipment. A 10% restocking fee may apply to all returns for refund and/or exchange of non-defective items. If the item is defective, a restocking fee will not apply. If an exchange is approved we will ship a replacement unit within 5 business days. If a refund is approved we will refund any fees minus the shipping and handling and any custom fees within 5 business days.It is the customer's respnsibility to contact us within 30 days of receiving any defective item. If the customer fails to meet the conditions above we reserve the right to refuse a refund and/or exchange.
