About this Mac... Serial # F4370JXM0001 can be decoded at this website  http://macao.org/serial.html Equipped with an Original 128k Motherboard upgraded to 512K. A little more about the importance of this specific upgrade... Using an original 128K Motherboard the 512k chips were soldered in place of the original memory and a Multiplexer was installed next to the processor to decode the additional memory. If this upgrade was performed nicely, the process can be reversed and the Multiplexer can be removed. I have included photos showing both sides of the Motherboard and the quality of the upgrade. While some 512K upgrades were 1983-84 hybrid Motherboard swaps, this is not a hybrid Motherboard. This is an original 128K Motherboard, dated 1983 and correct for its period.  I would like to thank Stephen for all the facts he provided for these types of upgrades.
